A great stay!
10.0Excellent stay! The room was clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was great, so close to the shops. Unfortunately, the pillows are so thin, they might need replacing and the beds are a little too hard for us. I guess I was able to request for another pillow, but I didn’t. A special thank you to Soni from Housekeeping, who ensured our room was cleaned every day and always made sure we had everything we needed. Your kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!
Personalised Service Second to None
10.0Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Surya the doorman who remembered us, similarly Prakash also remembered us. I contacted Fatin the guest experience host who did a wonderful job arranging our room to celebrate my wife’s birthday and she also enlisted Tasha at the lounge to arranged a cake and candle with balloons as a surprise for my wife. Look the hotel and facilities were amazing but it’s the people that makes the real difference, Mr Oretti should be proud of his team especially those in the lounge well led by Sabree and even our cleaner Henty was super helpful. We are looking for a hotel to call home in KL and because of the great service we received Pavilion is it. Fatin and Tasha thank you so very much for the wonderful stay and your efforts. We will be back in 6 months!
