− La atención por parte de las personas encargadas, saludaban mal, me preguntaron por mi reserva varias veces de mala manera, no nos ayudaron de ninguna forma

4.0Estaba limpio y el precio-calidad está bien, es cerca a la catedral pero en la noche es muy solo.
− La atención de la persona de recepción que estuvo en el día muy regular, la verdad. Fue cero amable al llegar y al irnos. Se les notaba una mala actitud al atender, aparte de que las empleadas se gritaban desde el segundo piso al primero justo afuera de la ventana de nuestra habitación. Además, la acústica del lugar es muy mala, se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones, tanto en el día como en la noche y desde temprano en la mañana se escucha mucho ruido por parte del personal.
