8.0Muy bueno el hecho de que sea un hotel con parque , las piscinas que sean 3 exteriores y la cubierta . Mucho para hacerle al hotel , falta de mantenimiento , estuvimos alojados en dos habitaciones , la mía era imposible el olor a caño del baño , 5 noches ....lo comunique a la recepción y me dijeron que enviaban a la chica de servicio lo que hicieron fue echar desodorante de ambiente hasta que el ultimo dia una de las señoras de servicio hablando del nauseabundo olor con muy buen tino me ofreció cambiar de habitación , creo que los papeles están cambiados la señora de servicio debería estar en recepción y el chico en el servicio de limpieza. Lamentable. Otro detalle es que el personal es muy amable , haciendo solo un par de excepciones. LO ULTIMO QUE DEBO DECIR ES QUE FUI CON MIS PADRES DE 90 Y 91 AÑOS , EL ACCESO A LA BAÑERA ES IMPOSIBLE , TIENE UN ESCALON PARA LLEGAR A SUBIR A LA BAÑERA DE NO MENOS DE 30 CM NO SOLO ESO SINO QUE ES MUY RESBALOSA , TUVIMOS LAS PRECAUCIONES DEL CASO Y NO PASO NADA PERO NO ES NADA COMODO POR DONDE LO MIRES Y NO SOLO PARA ADULTOS. SIN DUDAS PARA QUE SE PREOCUPEN DE ESTO EN FORMA URGENTE.

8.0El lugar es increíble, pero al hotel le falta mantenimiento. A las piscinas les falta un poco de temperatura para ser termal. Los juegos de niños están un poco abandonados.
