8.0エレベーターで１７階に上がるにカードを指定の場所に写しだしてもなかなか反応せずに近くにいた従業員に試してもらってもダメでたまたま１６階行くお客がいたので１６階で降りて歩いた１７階まで行きました。

2.0출입국 사무소 근처에있어 이동은 편리 하였으나, 객실(흡연룸) 상태가 아주 엉망 이었음. 들어가자마자 코를 찌르르는 역한 냄새가 카펫 및 에어컨에서 나옴. 화장실 세면대 물이 안내려감.

4.0バウチャーの預かり証を紛失しただけで、２００ﾊﾞｰﾂﾍﾟﾅﾙﾃｨｰを取られた。ホテル内が迷路のようでゴチャゴチャ建て増ししている。ホテル備品の整理ができていない。

10.0Poipet itself is terrible. Holiday Palace is a great respite and is on par with a good Western casino in terms of cleanliness and service.
Matsubayashi Japanese restaurant for the unhungry
6.0Reception and staff were great. Everything about the hotel was fine. The Japanese restaurant was a surreal experience. The waitresses and female manager were polite and efficient, but the group of male cooks didn’t fill orders in the order they came. We hen we arrived the restaurant was empty. Soon it filled up with 25 people, all who got their food before us. After one hour I was told that my noodles would take another 30 minutes. I’ve never heard of such a strange place. Ironically, the food tasted good, but the waitresses and manager couldn’t get the cooks to cook our food. I’d make the cooks shut up and cook in the order of the orders coming in. When we got angry, another customer also complained that his hot food hadn’t arrived and everyone else had finished eating. I like to observe human behavior so I watched the charade with perplexed amusement.
