10.0Staff was very kind and helpful. It was lovely to have a fire built and bath run for you every night. The restaurant was very good and the surroundings are beautiful

6.0The hotel is very old, bad looking facilities, hot spring tub old and not very clean, the toilet didn´t flush right, the water in the sink didn't flow. the chimney was never lighted properly, the staff was never around.

10.0Un lugar muy bonito pero necesita un poco de trabajo la estructura en el techo vi q hay murciélagos también cerca de la piscina termal del centro el piso está roto sin embargo la habitación espectacular la tina de agua termales estuvo a otro nivel muy bueno
