Excellent place to stay.
10.0Clean, well maintained.
− There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the hotel.
Other than its convenient and well located location.
3.0− The mattress on the beds- absolutely impossible to slip.bedding unfit for use, dirty! It's absolutely impossible to shower, as the water flow is extremely poor. The terms "Luxury " or even '4 star hotel' are completely inappropriate for this property. absolutely nothing meets sthe standards or expectations advertised.
Jederzeit wieder
8.0Lage 3 Minuten vom Markusplatz entfernt. Kaffee, Tee und Wein for free. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
− Bad etwas klein
Lage gut, luxuriös nein, trotz Altbau, Renovierungsbedarf

Lovely place. Welcoming and nice breakfast. Ideal for a trip to Venice
9.0Great location, our room had an opening window over the canal. Quiet little street, but really close to St Marks square and Basilica. Room was very good. Quite big with a spacious bathroom. Nice welcoming bottle of wine and waters. Breakfast was good. Self service with hot and cold food. Lovely breakfast room.
− There are steps to the room. Was t a problem for us.
