5.0− Bathroom was way to small for a door to open in.
I'll drive another 20 miles to Grand Rapids before I stay here again.
4.0Nothing was very good.
− Had to wait to check in.. Staff was in the restroom. The room was small and noisy. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. TV was Roku with no instructions. Bathroom was extremely small. Only one washcloths and hand towel. Definitely not a $160 room.
