− Deux points critiques - à partir de 22h, il était difficile de rentrer à l'hôtel car on ne nous avait pas donné les clefs. Il fallait donc sonner, mais le personnel était peu réactif. Nous avons attendu dehors bien 15-20mn une fois avant que l'on nous ouvre à 22h - notre voiture a été endommagée dans le parking privé et payant de l'hôtel. L'employée a affiché un mutisme total alors que nous lui montrions les dommages et répétait, comme un robot, que l hotel déclinait toute responsabilité. Aucun remboursement des frais de parking n'a eu lieu. La propriétaire, que mon mari a eu au téléphone, lui a dit sur un ton méprisant "vous n'avez qu'à me mettre un mauvais commentaire!" Nous avons contacté par messages l'hôtel ensuite, aucune réponse de leur part.
