Bewertung auf Deutsch und serbisch ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Budva und können dieses Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – sowohl die Altstadt und das Zentrum als auch der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Aleks als Vermieter. Seine Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft haben unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Egal, um welches Anliegen es ging, er war jederzeit erreichbar, hat sich sofort gekümmert und immer eine passende Lösung gefunden. Man merkt, dass ihm das Wohl seiner Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, das Apartment bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Dank der herzlichen Gastfreundschaft von Aleks haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Lokacija je odlična – stari grad, centar i plaža nalaze se na svega nekoliko minuta hoda. Posebno želimo da istaknemo Aleksa kao domaćina. Njegova ljubaznost, gostoprimstvo i spremnost da pomogne prevazišli su sva naša očekivanja. Za svako pitanje ili potrebu bio je odmah dostupan, brzo je reagovao i uvek se potrudio da pronađe najbolje rešenje. Vidi se da mu je zaista stalo da se njegovi gosti osećaju prijatno. Odnos cene i kvaliteta je izvanredan, a apartman pruža sve što je potrebno za ugodan odmor. Montenegro captivated us from the very first day! The apartment is bright, impeccably clean, and has a well-thought-out layout: a cozy room with two separate beds and a desk; a spacious living room with a dining area; and a comfortable bedroom with a large closet. A separate kitchen with all the necessary utensils is also available. Everything is equipped with modern appliances and fixtures. There are two balconies: one off the living room and bedroom, and the other is a terrace with a table and chairs, where you feel like you're away from the city. A special thank you for the private parking space—car parking is a breeze. The beach and Old Town are within walking distance, and there's a grocery supermarket nearby. The location is super convenient! But the real wow factor is the owner's two boats! He arranged an unforgettable excursion along the beaches of Budva: wild coves, turquoise water, cliffs, and grottoes that regular tourists don't reach. It was an absolute blast! The perfect family vacation—we'll definitely be back. ❤️

Thank you so much for everything! The location was perfect, very close to the Old Town and Mogren, which is the most beautiful beach around. The apartment was well-equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils. Alex is a very attentive and responsible host. Having free parking was also a huge advantage.
