10.0My second stay in this hotel. I had more time to check out the facilities - the self-service laundry was a lifesaver. The gym could be bigger and better equipped though, but ok. My room still looked new, breakfasts were still good and the bed was still comfortable. Ms Mily from the reception desk was very professional and helpful, her colleagues were also always friendly and polite.

− Международный отель, а персонал на ресепшене общается с гостями Только через транслейиор Младший персонал, соответственно, вообще ни никак Но это победы На улице +20, кондиционер работает Только на нагрев, в хотя уже вечерело , врезультате,в номере +28 ( открывается небольшая форточка в одном окне) Я так и не смогла заснуть от духоты Кофемашина капсульная но на выходе- какое то холодное пойло с запахом кофе

6.0Breakfast was good real value for money.
− The smell of cigarette smoke in room 626 was there all the time and often exceptionally strong after cleaning so severely detracted from the perception of cleanliness. The actual cleaning was good. Apart from breakfast restaurant food was not great and did not represent value for money. By contrast mall food was excellent! While not being arrogant enough to think everyone should speak English, communication with most desk staff was extremely difficult; they understood little even though we spoke slowly and simply. Not what is expected in an international hotel.

10.0Near shopping mall which is HUGE and with a variety of food courts. Subway is connected with shopping mall so you have convenient access to public transportation.
