10.0Excellent location in a great neighborhood, with shops and restaurants nearby and the main attractions not too far away.
− The only thing I wasn’t entirely happy with was that I had an early morning flight and was worried about whether I’d be able to book a taxi through the app. I asked the person who handed me the keys to arrange a taxi in advance, but I didn’t get any response. In the end, I managed to book a taxi without any problems, so I wouldn’t really count this as a negative point. I’ve been to Rome several times, and usually, when I’ve asked someone to book a taxi for me in advance by phone, they’ve done so. This time, I didn’t receive any reply. Still, it’s only a minor issue, as they weren’t actually obliged to help me with this.
Excellent host , helpful Maria arranged a taxi for us at 5 am .
10.0The location is very near to tram stop . Also near to Roma trastevere station. The house is big enough to accommodate 4 adults , clean , balcony is big enough. It has a big walkin wardrobe .
− Only one toilet , hot water issue heat too late
