8.0The property was well managed and clean. Had a great view and amazing neighbourhood. The host was super communicative and very helpful. The process of reciveing the key and dropping them off was in THEORY - simple, but for those travellers, who have not seen or operated the 'LOCK BOX" - The expereince was a bit unverving - especially becasue the Lock box assigned to us was not in proper wokring condition.

4.0The property is new but not clean, the air conditioner vent was covered with thick dust, the bed sheet covered with hairs, bathroom and kitchen all dirty and the floor was covered with dirt. The air conditioner didn't work either on a hot day and calls to Expedia and the key holders was not acted on to send someone to check of fix the issue.
