− Torneira do banho estava avariada, a água saía a escaldar... Pequeno almoço incluído não disponível apesar de contratado, mesmo embora, tenham avisado com alguma antecedência, a compensação oferecida era o cancelamento grátis que já estava acordado também.

− Cheirava a mofo e porta de entrada estava junto do quarto e fazia muito barulho, além disso o cofre de chaves estava na parede do lado exterior ao quarto e ouvia-se o ruido das pessoas a abrir o cofre a toda a hora!
