No nos dieron la reservación, nos ofrecieron una tarifa mucho más alta de la que hicimos por este sitio, y obligatorio las dos noches, no nos solucionaron nada

Pésimo. Me cobraron un importe adicional (el doble) por a la reservación. Indicaron que era temporada alta y la tarifa era distinta. Esto lo hacen por que la ciudad está llena en esa fecha y saben que el cliente no tiene otra opción a donde ir. Si no simplemente te dicen que la reserva no existe y te la cancelan. Te cobran Q28 adicionales por día si quieres tener ventilador en la habitación. Terrible.
