10.0Really good location if you want to stay near to Montecarlo (10 min walk in, with lights and a footpath). Heating/AC worked very well. Pool was very clean and terrace it is positioned on has a very nice view looking up towards Montecarlo. Restaurant food was also very nice. It's a working vineyard, and we saw deliveries of their wine to restaurants nearby and them pick the grapes. ONLY downside is the Jacuzzi/Hot tub. We came in September when the weather can be a bit hit and miss and a heated hot tub/jacuzzi was what sold it for us but it wasn't usable (the only dirty thing in the place!), and it did not heat up at all. However, I didn't mark down the rating for this but it does need fixing.
