This is one of the most unique and beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, and spending time here was a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, and there are great parks and entertainment areas for children, making it an excellent destination for families. The rooms were spotless, housekeeping was excellent, and the room was cleaned regularly. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel is located quite far from downtown Shanghai, but that was exactly what we were looking for. We chose it for its beautiful natural surroundings and enjoyed three wonderful days away from the busy city. We would definitely love to come back.

− The breakfast was the weakest part of our stay and, unfortunately, the least enjoyable among all the hotels we visited in Shanghai. It is designed almost exclusively for Asian guests, with virtually no European breakfast options available. Considering that this unique hotel welcomes many international visitors, we believe the management should consider offering a wider selection of European and international dishes to better accommodate guests from around the world.

To be fair, the hotel is new. However, the service and the way the staff dealt with us were extremely poor. My reservation was for two King Rooms on a high floor, from 15/07/2026 to 19/07/2026. The incident started as soon as we arrived at the hotel. A front desk employee named Bruce tried to sell me a dinner package, and together with the dinner he offered to upgrade our room for RMB 2,000 for all four nights. When I refused the offer, he persuaded me by saying that he would give me a special discount: I would pay RMB 2,000 for only one night, and he would upgrade my room for the remaining nights. We are a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). Since the hotel did not have any room that could accommodate four guests, I booked two rooms. On 27/06/2026, I sent a message to the hotel requesting that the two rooms be located next to each other, and they replied confirming that they would arrange this. However, after agreeing to the room upgrade, I was informed that there were no adjacent rooms available. Please note that I had already paid the additional RMB 2,000 for the dinner package. When I complained, I was told that one of the benefits of the room upgrade was being on the 13th floor, in the middle section of the building, where the light show could be viewed more clearly. Instead, I was surprised to find that the two upgraded rooms were located at the far corner of the floor, with no clear view at all. When I went back to the front desk and spoke with the front office manager, her response was: “What do you want us to do to make you satisfied?” Is this really an appropriate response from a front office manager? The only positive thing about this hotel is that I requested to shorten my stay from four nights to two nights, and they approved my request.

Отель, футуристичный, красивый. Больше сказать мне нечего расположен очень далеко от города при бронировании через Букин и полной оплаты, у меня запросили ещё деньги полную оплату и сказали, что типа через Букин вернётся, вот уже третий день показ Букина денег нет находится очень. И за 3 чел заплатила наличкой 2550. Хорошо сто хоть была такая сумма Далеко от центра в Шанхая, такси вызвать невозможно, чтобы уехать оттуда. Вход в ресторан именно платный стоит порядка 800 юаней человека, этот комплексный обед на 2 часа запускают в отдельную комнату, чтобы посмотреть на 3 рыбки, вообще не стоит ни своих денег, ни потраченного времени.2 звезды.
