10.0O local é muito central, a 1 quadra da estação de tram e muito perto do centro. Não tem lugar para cozinhar e o espaco para por as malas é bem pouco, mas tem guarda malas e lavanderia (ambos pagos a parte, estranhei o guarda malas ser pago mas ok).
