Ok, but would not stay again

− Large tree in front of lounge window, blocks light and makes room dark. TV not working properly, heater in bathroom not working at all, bathroom window need# adjusting as does not fit so let’s in wind, mattress needs replacing as some springs broken. View from conservatory window partially blocked by wooden shed.
