Amazing property, but check the bed arrangements first

I liked the location to the beach, how big the kitchen and social areas were. The gift upon entrance were a lovely touch, including Welsh snacks and a bottle of Prosecco. The hot tub was lovely! Especially after a cold dip in the sea.

− Although the property states suitable for 13, I think it should specify ;if 3 are children'. Initially we were told there were three separate sofa beds, which would have been great because it was for 3 adults. Upon arrival we could not find the sofa beds so rung them and they instructed us that 3 were meant to stay on the same sofa bed. The sofa bed was roughly the size of a double and no way that 3 full sized adults would fit on it, so we were forced to have one person sleep on the bean bag, which wasn't the most ideal or comfy. I think just pointing out the bed arrangements more clearly in the description of the property would have prevented this. If we were to revisit we would probably revisit with 10/11 adults instead of 13. More toilet roll would have been great, as with 13 people we ran out after one day with the amount supplied.

Roomy house in a great location, some aspects a little tired.

Fantastic location, good facilities. bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen all modern and well equipped. good communication with the owner. lots of space. hot tub a bonus. Nice welcome pack.

− Lounge area and conservatory/decking tired with stained floors and furniture. 7 mismatched sofas, mismatched plates and cutlery made it feel a bit like a student let. the listing said all 4 rooms had double beds, this proved incorrect. outside areas tired, dog poo on the decking when we arrived. Main bedroom bed is new but a very hard mattress which didn’t suit us. Some aspects of the cleaning isn’t to standard, we were given 1 toilet roll between two bathrooms. All quite minor things, we enjoyed our stay overall.
