10.0Absolute hidden gem. Booked last minute and so glad we did. The views, location and size of the rooms all good. Hot tub absolutely perfect with views of the hills and a stream at the bottom of the garden. Lemon cake made by the owner was delicious. Had lots of kitchenware, including tea and coffee! Very quiet, peaceful and private and just a few minutes walks to the pub which did lovely food.
− For 4 adults one more comfortable chair would have been perfect but for a short weekend break it was fine.

− The bathroom had mould on the window sill , there was water at the back of the toilet, tried to see if there was a leak and a possible leak from the radiator.
