7.0Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem traditionellen Haus in Wales und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Haus hat Charme und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Allerdings gibt es bei der Sauberkeit noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Die Grundreinigung war leider nicht ausreichend – unter dem Bett und hinter der Couch war deutlich Staub und Schmutz. Auch der Garten wirkte etwas ungepflegt. Mit einer gründlicheren Reinigung und etwas mehr Pflege des Außenbereichs könnte die Unterkunft einen noch besseren Eindruck hinterlassen.

− I would like to share some feedback regarding our recent stay, as there were several aspects I feel are important to mention. I have also contacted Booking.com to report some issues. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in either the kitchen or the bathroom sink during our stay. In addition, the listing is somewhat misleading. The photos appear to show the same double bedroom twice with different bedding, which gives a different impression of the space. The single bed also seems more suitable for a child rather than an adult. We also experienced some electrical issues, as the power would go off when using the kitchen hobs (even when using only two burners). Regarding the layout, the apartment is advertised as having two bedrooms for four adults, which does not fully reflect the reality. There were also some cleanliness concerns, such as a dirty spatula found under the sofa and stained bedding in the main bedroom. Finally, there were only two chairs available for dining, which was insufficient for the number of guests. I wanted to share this feedback as I believe it may help improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention.
