great location (near the seafront, shops, restaurants and a park for children) great property with lots of space inside and out - perfect property for a family / friends lots of items in the house for example kitchen items, hair dryer etc

− seems to be an ant issue down stairs in the property which meant any cupboard food items once opened by the next morning were infested with ants and had to be thrown away - they were also in the lounge and dining areas too some lights bulbs need replacing and some lamps need plugs looking at etc

We enjoyrd our stay very much.

− A couple of negatives. The kitchen tap leaked badly throughout. A plumber came (by arrangement) but was unable to fix it. The lower bunk bed mattress is most uncomfortable even for a child. The ground floor smoke alarm started beeping (quite loudly) on Wednesday evening and it was too high to reach. Getting no response from the contact number, we called the non emergency fire brigade number. They came immediately and replaced it. They also installed an alarm on the 2nd floor as there wasn't one. An unfortunate incident because the original alarm was only 3 years old and was supposed to have a 10 year life. The front door lock is sometimes very difficult to use.
