8.0Great location centre of the town by a car park where you can see your car parked. Very quiet comfortable. Needs more hangers. Local railway we seen the Flying Scotchman. Nice local beaches. Bars and restaurants walking distance. Excellent facilities.

2.0The spare room was a joke. The bed was completely broken and couldn’t safely hold an adult — totally unusable. The room was filthy, and to top it off, someone else’s dirty socks were still on the floor. I called the owner to try and sort it out, but they were incredibly rude and made no effort to help. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend to anyone.
