− Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do NOT Recommend This Hotel My stay at Endless Comfort Taksim Hotel in Istanbul was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. Unfortunately, almost every aspect of this experience was uncomfortable and frustrating. Upon check-in, the receptionist claimed that I had booked a basement room, which was absolutely not what I had paid for. What made the situation even worse was that he repeated this claim to another guest the following day, which I found extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. He initially wanted us to accept a room on a basement floor near a construction area. Naturally, I refused. He then presented the room I had originally paid for as an “upgrade”, although this was not a complimentary upgrade at all. It was simply the room included in my original booking. This was misleading and left a very bad first impression. The elevators were extremely slow and honestly quite frightening to use. The room also had no minibar or refrigerator, which was particularly problematic as I have a medical condition and specifically needed one. I had to request it separately. The hotel’s advertised location is also misleading. It is presented as being approximately an 8-minute walk from Taksim and close to Galata Tower, but the actual journey to Galata Tower was around 20 minutes by taxi, not a short walk as one might expect. The hotel is situated on a very steep uphill street, making access extremely difficult. Even taxis struggled to reach the entrance, and on several occasions we had to walk downhill to a more accessible street just to get an Uber. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. Between the misleading room allocation, unprofessional reception service, uncomfortable facilities, lack of basic room amenities, and inconvenient location, this hotel was absolutely not worth the money. Also construction noise started while having breakfast in early morning! DO NOT STAY HERE.

1.0− They renovated the hotel during my stay. We didn't have warm water for two days. For the first two days I got a room in the cold basement. Linens and towels are not clean. I think such a small hotel can't get thousands of reviews. They must be fake.
