− Its a great spot but the hotel management needs to hire a professional team who can bring ideas to offer different activities to customers staying here, at the same time, they need to maintain proper arrangements of rooms accessories and cleanliness of the rooms which are reasonably acceptable but tbh not extraordinary or special as much they are charging per night ie.900SR, so their's a huge room or improvement.

We truly enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time celebrating at the hotel.
7.0What I appreciated most was the excellent service provided by the staff, especially Aryan, whom I have known from our previous visits. He has always been friendly, helpful, and accommodating. During our party, he assisted us throughout the event and made sure that everything we needed was properly arranged. The hotel manager was also very accommodating and considerate. Since we were unable to use our complimentary breakfast the following morning, he allowed us to have it the day after at a very reasonable price. We truly appreciated this thoughtful arrangement. Their support and flexibility helped make our celebration smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable.
− The main areas that could be improved were the response time from the reception and the overall breakfast service. Some of our requests took longer than expected, and we had to follow up before receiving assistance. I also accidentally left my phone charger in one of the rooms, but unfortunately, it was not found. While I understand that misplaced items cannot always be recovered, I hope the hotel can strengthen its lost-and-found procedures. The breakfast selection was quite limited, and the staff member assigned to the beverage area was not very friendly or approachable. The food and drinks were also not monitored regularly. Several items were only refilled after the area had already become crowded, instead of being replenished as soon as they were running low. I believe the breakfast team should check the buffet more frequently to avoid delays and inconvenience to guests. Lastly, the elevator was not well ventilated. Since it was summer, it became very warm and uncomfortable inside. Improving the ventilation or cooling system would make it more comfortable for guests.

− مافيه شبكة نهائي تنقطع عن العالم ماتقدر تدق ولا تستقبل مكالمات البرج رقم 7 - صور الاثاث غير عن الطبيعه في الصور افضل بكثير - خدمة التنظيف سيئة جدا محد يمرك واذا دقيت مايردون كل الاقامه مامرنا ولا مره ولا اعاد تعبئة القهوه وشاي او حتى حط مويه
