9.0The unit is even better than in the pictures, especially the balcony and the view. It had everything we needed for a short stay and was very clean. The lack of AC wasn’t a big problem, you can open the windows at night and make a draft. The parking in front the house was available and free, which is very convenient.
− The only major downside was the lack of comunication with the owner to organise the check in. The only response to our messages we got was just before the check in time, when we were already doubting if we will be able to stay there. Also the balcony could use a parasol, during the day it’s not possible to sit in the direct sunlight.

− Keine Klimaanlage,Wohnung unterm Dach viel zu heiß trotz Ventilator! Auch die Terrasse konnte von uns in der Früh und am Nachmittag nicht genutzt werden,da sie voll in der Sonne lag und leider kein Sonnenschirm da war-schade! Haben Vermieter nie gesehen.
