− плохой сервис, волосы по всему номеру. Ждал заезда пол часа хотя персонал ни кем и ни чем не был занят.
Prinzipiell schönes Hotel, man gibt sich Mühe trotz Personalmangel den Service aufrecht zu erhalten.
7.0Die Lage war gut, das Hotel an sich auch schön. Die Rezeption war wegen Personalmangel nicht besetzt, aber per Telefon-Hotline war unkompliziert jemand erreichbar und kümmerte sich umgehend um unsere Anliegen.
− Das uns zugewiesene Zimmer war ein benutztes Zimmer, es fehlten Handtücher etc., Bettwäsche war sichtbar nicht frisch. Offenbar ein Versehen. Das umgehend zugewiesene Ersatzzimmer war im Prinzip in Ordnung, aber stellenweise nicht gepflegt (Vorhang hing halb runter, viel Staub am Boden im Schrankteil).
