Basic, but comfy. Ideal for a stop gap
9.0Loved that it was in the centre of town. Beds were comfy, and we were able to get more pillows and a towel. Staff were friendly. Great security too. It's dog friendly too
− We couldn't turn down the temp in our room. The coffee machine wasn't working haha! I thought it was a bit pricey for a windowless room, but it was practical for us.

This hotel is cramped with tiny jail cells, rather called a hotel. Double bed is just a joke. Uncomfortable mattresses.

− Perhaps just some clearer signage needed inside, finding route through doors from 1st floor room to reception/ way out. A map of Ipswich inside showing main places, route to train station, quayside would be useful ( unless I missed seeing it)!

Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
