7.0Facilities объективно это сильная сторона данного отеля. Внутри номера есть все необходимое, сам номер большой и комфортный. Постельное белье хрустит.
− Слабая сторона - персонал. Написала в отель свое полетные данные в временем рейса, чтоб меня встретили. За день до приезда на всякий случай позвонила в отель, чтобы напомнить (ответили, что все ок). В оконцовке, никто не встретил, и даже не вспомнили про это. Сам персонал в целом не очень приветлив.
