Excellent location and the convenience of having a washing machine.

We really enjoyed the location. You can’t see the Colosseum from the windows, but as soon as you step outside the building, the Colosseum is right there. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. One thing we really appreciated was having a washing machine, especially since it was so hot during our visit to Rome. We ended up doing laundry almost every day. The only issue was that the power would trip when we used the washing machine, so we had to be careful not to use too many appliances at the same time. Even so, having a washer was extremely helpful. I had read some reviews mentioning that the air conditioning didn’t work, but we had no issues with it during our stay. It worked well for us.

− Booking.com indicated that the apartment had two bathrooms. This was a little misleading, as there were actually two toilets but only one shower. That was my fault for not reading the details more carefully. The apartment seemed to be furnished with an old, vintage style in mind, which gave it some character. However, I felt the dining area could have been a little warmer and more homey. We didn’t spend much time there, partly because the seating was a bit uncomfortable.

Location and style. It has everythinf modern but they preserved some traditional styles, there is a fireplace and stylish wood cabinet and bench. Washing machine was a huuuuge plus!! And security that happens to be stationed at the ground floor 24/7. Location is fantastic - metro is right there bus too and super easy to get around. Organization was impeccable!! The owner has a whatsapp group that is responsive and quick. It was soo easy to get into property and leave. Lina was the girl that let us on and she was very nice and helpful.

− You have to be careful how many appliances you have running/on. Kettle and microwave and washing machine cannot work together otherwise breaker pops. It’s not a big issue you just flip it in the box by the door, it was just a reminder how some old electrical wiring works in europe. I cannot even say that i didn’t like this- it’s just something to be mindful.

Great spot, station and buses on the door stop. Aircon great and staff very helpful letting is check in early and leave

You could not get any closer to the Colosseum. The property is older but lots of space. Quiet at night and dark and the best aircon out of 3 apartments we have stayed in. So nice to walk out the door late or early and see the Colosseum nice and quiet. Thanks for a great stay

− Location, feeling safe as police have a spot down stairs. I think they protect other people who come and stay. Lift is great. Bar on the corner and restaurants close by
