10.0It's a great house for a bigger group, the living areas such as dining, kitchen and lounge are spacious. We LOVE the fireplace but also located in North Tamborine, the house is perfect.
− The towels left fluffy blue EVERYWHERE, on our bodies, the bathroom walls and sinks. It's a good brand Onkaparinga but these towels were thin and the fluff was annoying.
Well presented large rooms. Kitchen equipment to meet every need.

− One bedroom had been a verandah in a previous version. Some cracks innthe floor let in cold air. We moved a rug and solved the problem.

Lovely homely house
9.0Location was great, comfortable beds
− No heating in lounge unless we lit a fire in the mornings and one bathroom had no ventilation so always was wet and steamy after showers , maybe have some Nespresso pods with coffee machine
North Tamborine Gem
8.0The location, the 4 bedrooms & the 3 bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable & the water pressure was great. The reverse cycle air-conditioning in the rooms were appreciated to take the chill out of the air, but it wasn't cold enough to leave them on for long. The clear communication from Jane with respect to access & our initial booking confirmation was also welcomed.
− Luckily it wasn't overly cold as the fireplace didn't seem to give off much heat. The lounge area for the 8 of us wasn't overly comfortable. And the small rubbish bin space was a bit painful. But we did appreciate the wheelie bins being close to the back door. We also thought it a bit odd the front door to the lounge room was blocked off when some of the girls tried to enter from that side. They thought you needed two exit points in case of a fire.
