8.0Comfortable and spacious. Very accommodating staff. Very easy access to the bus station and to Venice. Very secure. We did have trouble with the hot water - only enough for one short shower

8.0Perfect distance from train station and fine for staying one night. Expedia did not note you must notify the landlord of when you arrive regardless of check in time - so we were delayed as we had a communication error with arrival time. Check in was longer than expected though the landlord was thorough.
