10.0The apartment had everything you needed. It was well equipped kitchen with a large bathroom with a shower. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and it was put into the room for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. The accommodation was in a quiet area of the City with easy access to buses and the Underground meaning you access a wide range of places you might want to visit. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets of you want to eat in. A good place to be based in London.
− Very little. As you have use of a washing machine a more adequate drying rack would be useful. This is just a minor issue. It was quite expensive but this is central London and you have everything you need.

Nice one room apartment for a London visit
9.0Staff at reception were marvelous. Marina, María and Aladdin were very helpful and attentive. Apartment is very well located and near two tube stations if you are not up to walking. Our apartment was slightly dark because of the small windows but we were allowed to check in early so I’m not complaining. Rooms located in the next door building have ample windows. Room was ample and comfortable. Bathroom was huge.

10.0The receptionist was the best receptionist EVER. So helpful, friendly, kind and thoughtful. Built a great connection with us. We couldnt stop speaking to her.

Good to know
Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size.
Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.
Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.
Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.
