10.0This is a really good spot. A literal 3-5 minute walk to Earl's Court station. A block off Earl's Court Road, where everything you need exists (not the least of which being Franco Manca, some of the best pizza I've had in this life). Steps away from Pippin's, a lovely spot for a cocktail and the Sunday Roast is exceptional. It's very quiet. Super clean. Spacious. Well equipped (a spatula would be a good addition to the utensils). Staff interactions were good -- Anna was lovely and a huge help. I was traveling solo, but the apartment (0003) could easily accommodate two. Closet is wonkily close to the bed and requires some side-stepping, but not wonky enough to turn me off. Just 5-6 steps up to the front door, and once you're in, the unit is right there -- a huge deal for this weary traveler.
− The tub/shower might be treacherous to a person over the age of 16 or with joint issues. As is the case in many European hotels, the base of the tub is about a foot higher than the floor, so you're either stepping WAY UP or WAY DOWN. I did the very old person thing of sitting on the side of the tub and swinging my legs around. Not pretty, but safer. Much as I'd hate to disrupt the decor, a grab bar and tub mat might help.

Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size. Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.
Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.
The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.
Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.
Please note, all our properties are strictly nonsmoking and full security deposit will be retained for smoking within any of our properties; additional fees will be charged for any damages in addition to the smoking fee.
