The legacy house at Rosewood Hong Kong offers very poor service level
2.0staff is unprofessional and unable to provide adequate reservations and munus at THE Legacy house Hong Kong - the choose the wrong menu, change timing of reservation and give guest a horrible experience - rather book at more professional venues , than this overrated hotel group . Rosewood group has a very disrespectful attitude towards guest and only tries to optimize it's profits without compensating guest for mistakes by the hotell
Underwhelming experience with lacklustre service.
6.0My husband and I booked to eat in Holts Cafe for dinner. The food was delicious but the experience was marred by the dishes being served 20 minutes apart from each other( we ordered 5 dishes). It was an uncomfortable wait as we were hungry and my husband waited until my meal arrived before we started to eat. We then decided to buy some chocolate on the way out. There was one lady at the till talking on the phone and when she saw us she turned her back on us. I had to stop a young man walking past and asked him if the shop was closed. He then proceeded to serve us. Very pleasant service from him. I was disappointed with the service and atmosphere overall. It was uncomfortable . All we wanted was a quiet and relaxed meal without the stress of waiting for the dishes to arrive and then being ignored at the chocolatier.

10.0Hadn’t been back for years and realised gosh I have been missing out. Extensive menu with both chines and western absolute delights. Sensational service. Want to go back to try other things even though we did expect many menu items there were a lot more that we did not get a chance to taste. So we will go back quite soon

The Legacy House is one of the best Chinese food restaurants I've eaten at in Hong Kong (and that's saying a lot)
10.0The food at the Legacy House was by far the best "Chinese" dim sum type food I've eaten in Hong Kong. The staff was service oriented and did their best to accommodate any of our requests.
