2.0Es una pena que no haya mantenimiento en los pisos, los muebles están mal, las sillas rotas, no hay menaje de cocina. Este es el 4to año que vengo a Patacona porque la playa es una maravilla y he contratado siempre con Living Valencia y el primer año bien pero los siguientes cada vez peor.

2.0Necesita una buena reforma, puerta terraza corredera rota, barra cortina rota, puerta a galería se abría sola con el viento, persiana habitación rota nos e podía abrir, extractor cocina muy sucio (te pegabas). Aunque no se podía salir por el mal tiempo, no podríamos salir a la terraza (puerta rota y persiana ventanal rota)

2.0L’appartamento e’ In una posizione bellissima, praticamente davanti la spiaggia, ma era in condizioni pessime!! Tapparella della camera rotta, porta-finestra del soggiorno non si apriva, quindi ciao terrazzo, lavandino del bagno rotto, non andava giù l’acqua, gancio doccia rotto, e porta d’ingresso rotta, la chiave non girava!!! Non si può affittare un’appartamento in queste condizioni!!!

6.0Me gusto la ubicacion. No me gusto la limpieza, instalaciones obsoletas. Desagues estropeados. Olor a tabaco muy desagradable
