Location meravigliosa, fuori dal centro, in mezzo al verde e molto tranquilla. Sistemazione familiare con doppia camera, spazi grandi e ben attrezzati, dalla cucina al bagno. Piscina fantastica, molto pulita e funzionale e con idromassaggio. La posizione è fantastica, strategica per visitare le principali localita turistiche dei dintorni (Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Matera....) Proprietario molto cordiale e disponibile. Decisamente una struttura che consigliamo!!!

Nice but poor communication from owners

The villa and pool were absolutely amazing and I was lucky to have my friends staying in the villa so I could share company and food with them. The annex where I was staying was clean and had a comfortable bed, a fridge and some supplies. The bathroom (in the Trullo) was big but smelt musty at tines even though I kept the windows and door open. There was no hot water on my last day. There were also no chairs to sit on inside - only an outside table. My main issue was communication. The site stated 'breakfast available', so I expected a real breakfast rather packs of tostadas and nutella and some youghurt. No mention was made of payment or how I should pay before or after I arrived so I assumed they had charged the card I used to book with. Instead I was held up when rushing to get a lift to the airport and forced to go into the office in Noci to pay, delaying our trip to the airport, which was rather stressful. There was plenty of opportunity to explain in advance thar I needed to go to their office in a different location to pay.
