1.0I have gotten a very bad taste in my mouth about this place, unfortunately.
− After seeing a flooding of the room, which i did try to prevent for like 2 hours, due to a shower leakage , one of the owners shouted he never wanted to see me again and was going cancel the room. He did not try to listen to any explanation or reason. There was no one at the `resort`to help me. No staff no owners, no telephone number to call in case off an emergency. What he did was very unprofessional and appalling. Then he went even further by lying to booking.com that i never checked in at the resort.
