− No hay cafetería, no servicio de almuerzo, la piscina necesita mejor aseo y ojalá climatizada. Algunos espacios de los cuartos requieren mejoras

− Los tres días que estuvimos no pudimos tener agua caliente para la ducha, siempre había alguna disculpa, la recepcionista o la administradora no se preocupó por ayudarnos, y más bien se les notaba como cierta mala voluntad

9.0El alojamiento muy lindo y limpio. El personal de la cocina, la recepción y el de seguridad muy amable. La verdad la atención prima en cualquier lugar y en esta ocasión no tengo quejas, al contrario, felicito a la administración del hotel porque se nota que les importa la relación hotel y cliente!
− La señal de internet deficiente, el Wifi estuvo sin red la mayoría del tiempo y mis datos no funcionaban bien, no sé si sea por el operador.
