− Not great value for money - that’s the brand. Equal hotels for less in Singapore but you’re paying for a guarantee that you’ll be comfortable.

− Terrible service, feels like a factory and very old-school. Housekeeping failed to make-up room after several hours indicating / requesting for this. Power failure in room (not due to a trip), and generally poor service from start to end.
