− De airco deed het niet (en achteraf hoorden we dat dit al een aantal dagen zo was) en het was zo heet op onze kamer, dat niemand echt geslapen heeft.

− Łazienka,strasznie ,brak fug,czarna wanna,zarezerwowałem dwa pokoje.W jednym brak lodówki!!!!!!,w drugim lodówka ale brak sejfu!!!!!byłem tam rok temu w kwietniu i było b.dobrze,a teraz.....Śniadanie całkowity problem.To co jest o 7 rano czyli wszystko,o 8 nie ma nic.Mimo poproszenia o dopełnienie bufetu nie nastąpiło to do końca naszego śniadania to znaczy :brak parówek,salami sera,łososia wędzonego.Poza tym co kompromituje ten hotel to czystość naczyń.Wszystkie z zaciekami,kubki do kawy brudne.Tak to nie działa.......pozdrawiam.
