− The air conditioning unit was so loud and clanky it was nearly impossible to sleep. Ruined what would have been a very pleasant stay.

1.0− I arrived and went to meet a friend for dinner. When i was out at dinner, my room was booked out to someone else. They went back to the front desk and mentioned someone elses stuff was in there. The following day, i went out and about. When i returned, my key didnt work. After i spoke with the front desk and they fixed my key, i returned to find all of my stuff gone. After another 45 minutes or so i got my stuff back. Not a fun experience at all.

− While I enjoy the parking location of the lot, the turns in the parking ramp are not made for today's size cars/trucks.
A reliable, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel in convenient downtown location.
8.0Location convenient to downtown, mall &.Mandan access for July 4 activities.
− Very limited restaurant hours. Small cramped bathrooms.

4.0They over charged us for taxes and fees.
− We requested new towels because they only clean the room every 3 days and we were told that they couldn't because she was the only one working the front desk and it was the 4th of July weekend. They need to do better than one person at the front desk and they need to honor prices from booking.com and not charge fees and taxes over their rates.
