Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.
1.0There was nothing enjoyable about the property.
− The hotel was dirty and made my family uncomfortable. The staff was not helpful. Management has refused to return calls regarding a refund when we immediately left the room after walking in to discover there was no functioning lock on the door to the adjoining room. Corporate refused to assist with the issue as well.

− The cockroaches, domestic violence and empty booze bottles in the parking lot and the fact that I paid too much for this experience.

− Room needs updated bathroom was gross. No hot water for shower. Half my family couldn’t clean up in morning. Pretty sure there was prostitution going on outside
We left 30 minutes after getting here it was so bad.

− The room was not like the pictures online. It was disgusting and unclean. It smelt awful and the bed was all yellow.
