− המחיר של ארוחת ערב גבוה לזוג. רצינו ארוחת ערב והמחיר היה ממש גבוה. 460 ש"ח לזוג, לא היה בבריכה מסעדה פתוחה והיו עוד אנשים שרצו לאכול בצהריים בסביבות השעות 14עד 15 ולא היה אף אחד בבריכה, למרות שבקבלה אמרו תרדו למטה ויש אפשרות להזמין אוכל.ונאלצנו לצאת החוצה למד רחוב לאכול לא היה חדר עם מרפסת

8.0This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are nice and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet is very good variety and quality. The pool should be updated and open until later in the afternoon.

− לצערנו זו הייתה אחת מחוויות האירוח הגרועות שהיו לנו. כבר בצ'ק-אין נאמר לנו שנקבל הודעה כשהחדר יהיה מוכן, אך ההודעה מעולם לא נשלחה. לאחר שחזרנו מסיור בעיר גילינו שפשוט שכחו לעדכן אותנו. כששאלנו על הבריכה נאמר לנו שהיא נסגרת בשעה 17:00. במלון ברמת 5 כוכבים זה מאכזב מאוד, במיוחד כשקיבלנו את החדר רק בסביבות 16:00, כך שכמעט ולא הייתה לנו אפשרות ליהנות מהבריכה. בשעה 17:30 ניסינו לנוח בחדר, אך החלו רעשי שיפוצים חזקים מאוד מהחדר שמעלינו, כולל קידוחים ודפיקות. פנינו לקבלה והמנהל אמר שיטפל בכך, אך הרעש נמשך גם לאחר מכן. יש ברשותנו סרטונים שמתעדים את הרעש. בחדר עצמו מצאנו שקיות קפה שכבר היו פתוחות, דבר שהעלה אצלנו חשש לגבי רמת הניקיון וההקפדה על הכנת החדר. בארוחת הבוקר עדכנו מראש שאשתי טבעונית ונאמר לנו שיהיו אפשרויות עבורה. כשהגענו נאמר לנו שכל הגבינות הטבעוניות בדיוק נגמרו. בנוסף, בעמדת הסלטים היו מלפפונים רקובים, וגם לכך יש לנו תיעוד. בזמן הצ'ק-אאוט המנהל פאדי אמר שמנהלת המלון תיצור איתנו קשר ביום ראשון כדי לטפל בנושא. עד היום אף אחד לא יצר איתנו קשר. לצערנו, השירות, הניקיון, התחזוקה וההתנהלות הכוללת לא תאמו כלל את הציפיות ממלון 5 כוכבים. לא נחזור למלון הזה ולא נוכל להמליץ עליו לאחרים.
