8.0I loved the restaurant and the atmosphere. The valet parking was great. The rooms were spacious, and the staff were excellent.
− The shower / bathtub is outdated and wasn’t as clean as it could have been. The hot water in the morning was non existent when taking a shower.

7.0The room was big and clean. The staffs were really nice.
− We didn't know the sauna was only open unti 10 p.m. and it took too long to heat up. Not very friendly for people who only wants to stay for one night.

Please note: We are currently renovating our lobby; therefore, the Front Desk has been relocated. Entrance to the hotel is now through the doors on Waterloo Street.
