Cancelled my room on me
2.0I booked a room a couple of weeks ago and was informed at 5:30 pm (day of reservation) that my room was cancelled due to some pre authorization issues with my credit card. I had received a call from them earlier that I tried to call them back and they didn’t answer the phone ?!?After multiple calls they informed me they cancelled my room with no other rooms available. There’s nothing wrong with my card, used it last night at another hotel with no issues. Since when do you have to pre pay anyway? Furthermore, staff was rude and unwilling to assist me with this situation. Would not recommend this place.

− Smoked out by cigger-weed people, zero parking, no breakfast (cold cereal), and somalian drug dealers all on the 3rd floor. Glad to wake up and drive away in the morning.
