10.0Room was great, clean, comfortable and the room we had was quiet. The staff was exceptional. Hotel common areas were really nice and again staff was great. Location was perfect and a lot of things are within a easy walking distance.

7.0Sin duda la ubicación. Es perfecta para visitar chicago 4 o 5 días como nosotros. Tienen servicio de café a primera hora y té a media tarde, es un buen detalle.
− Tuvimos un problema con la limpieza de la habitación. No nos hicieron la habitación y es un espacio sin posibilidad de ventilación ni nada y las formas no fueron las correctas por parte del personal. Creo que un hotel de esta categoría y por el precio que pagas no puedes tratar así a un cliente.
