6.0Cleanliness in the room wasn't that great. The carpet in the room looked dirty I don't know how often they clean or wash the carpet.

6.0There was everything needed for one night stay in a room, at the same time due to the carpet on a floor, and some dust on the counter ms room did not look or feel clean. In the closet, on the floor, there were other guests old clothes, dusted (as if they were there for quite some time). There was a smell in the room (like perfume or something), which did not let me sleep. The bedding and towels, as well as everything in the bathroom was clean though. Internet connection was slow and unstable. I had to use my mobile network instead.

4.0This is not a 4 star hotel. There is no internet. The hotel is dirty. The first room they showed us was smelly and filthy. Years of grime on the sofa and floor. The second room was better but not great. There were no towels and no glasses. The elevator was not functioning. The shower itself is great but the glass panel is far too short so the bathroom floor gets soaked.
