− The bed in my room was AWFUL Big wore out piece where it looked like someone large had slept in the same place for a long time!!! Big hump. Terrible! The toilet barely flushed ,, My room was not ready when I checked in and I waited 30 minutes in foyer,,, little chaotic

Don't count on a free breakfast listed under amenities.
8.0Everyone & everything was great except for being misled about breakfast being included.
− Saying "amenities include" & having breakfast listed under that was not what happened. We went down to breakfast & were informed that only people who paid full price for the room could get their breakfast included. Rooms paid for at a discount meant meant each person would need to pay $21.99/person to eat breakfast. Misleading advertising & welcome email re: the breakfast.
