10.0Firstly, front desk manager Lucy is a great staff who responds timely and friendly. Secondly, our suite room is fantastic colorful and well designed, you would relax with a vacation mood when you’re in. Highly appreciated for the stay and treatment.

Pros: - Less than 5 min short walk to the beach - Property was nice and modern - Family mart just around the corner Cons: - Daily cleaning not offered due to COVID (found this out last min) - Parking in front is limited to 5 cars - Location is a bit far from downtown Hualien so you must drive
